The Scottish Countryman is based just a mile outside the beautiful village of Crail in the East Neuk and we’re very proud to be located in such a special place.

The East Neuk attracts thousands of visitors each year. People come to this corner of Fife for the traditional (and very Instagrammable) harbours, streets and houses, for the clean beaches, watersports and boat trips, for the fantastic seafood and outstanding local produce, for the winding coastal path and the world-famous golf courses, for the quirky gift shops and fascinating museums, for the friendly tearooms and the top restaurants, for the gorgeous sunrises and late summer evenings and for the slower pace of life…

Having lived and worked in Fife for about 15 years, this is a list of our recommendations if you are visiting Crail and the East Neuk. (The images on this page are all from in and around Crail.)
